I had white patches all over my tonsils with bleeding spots the patches went away now there is a yellow line going up and down on the back of my throat I've smoked a lot of cigarettes in the past year and before that only a couple every now and then I don't know if this is the cause I'm also 16 years old

You may have developed oral submucosal fibrosis due to no smoking...quit smoking..take antioxidants..if condition doesn't get better consult ENT specialist...
