Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My husband is having  ear pain since last night feeling of Burning , pain , seems like a pulse beat inside the ear.. Currently using candibiotic ear drops isn't helping. Please suggest

I am having perforated eardrum without any discharge, what are the chances of its healing on own . Pls help . How do you come to know it's healing

Are drops like Curewax recommended for ear wax removal? I got a consultation and the doctor showed me that the problems in my ear were due to ear wax buildup. However, the doctor is charging an exorbitant amount for cleaning (I'm also discouraged from spending a significant amount on the procedure because the last doctor herself removed the wax as part of consultation only).

I have allergy issues since childhood, I get severe itching in my ear nose mouth and throat. One ENT specialist recommended me immunotherapy but my gynec refused it as I am trying to conceive. Most of the time it gets better with citrizen or montair LC but this time it is kind of severe. Please let me know how to fix this problem
