Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Sir! My sister facing a problem last 2 months burning and pain in Throat and she is still in a treatment of ENT Specialist in local Kanpur. She had been used several tablets but no relief even as per Doctor order she has done Ultrasound of Neck and face xray along with blood test. Everything in report is normal but day by day no relief in throat she is thinking little much as his husband expired 8 months ago. We also booked one video consultation out of Kanpur Doctor but he is not active and didnt well diagnosed problem. Now local Doctor of Kanpur has changed full prescription of medication and she is currently using these tablets for 5 days and 2 days compeleted:: FZ Cv500 Suretrip Furt Wincort 6 Ganver Linifex-180 Rabenix-DSR Breathwell I'd like to know is there some serious problems or just normal infection as well are we currently in a right path? Please help in words here for understanding this problem.

For the last couple of days I feels mouth dryness and very in comfortable bad taste on my mouth not in the time of eating but at all the time I feels a bad taste

I will be having allergy cold if I change water & dust allergy also so kindly suggest me what to do for this prevention...

Bad smell from nose No problem of sinusitis what is temporary solution of smelly nose problem because 24 hour smell I have take antibiotic and nasal spry.

I have swelled tonsil in my throat which red and difficult to swallow I keep washing my mouth with salt water kindly give other solution to get rid of pharyngitis

I hit my head against a wall by accident. This happened 7 years ago. I went numb for 5 min. Couldn't hear or see anything for 5 min. Following which I couldn't hear for a day. I heard broken audio for one day. Thankfully my hearing was restored the next day. But from then, my left ear doesn't work as good as right ear. I didn't take seriously back then because I was just a teen. Seven years later, I still can't hear properly from left ear. I get frequent headache, dizziness, and eyes also feel stressed. My headache is not just on forehead, but entire scalp . I went to ent today , audiology test done. He confirmed that I have hearing loss in left ear. I have 46 db for left ear and 23 for right. I want to ask two questions. 1) can I do anything for hearing loss other than hearing aid. 2) should I get my head checked for any head injury. Please give suggestions. I'm really worried.

Excessive Salvation Diagnosis done CBC 25 DAYS BACK WAS NORMAL NEUTROPHILS 56 LYMPHOCYTES 36 ESINO 3 BASO 0 TLC 6000 Feb 2023 endoscopy done for throat was normal Upper GI done 4 months ago was normal Usg done in March 23 was normal I am scared is it something serious... should I worry...plz help me sir I am totally frustrated

She had severe left ear pain whole night, I put ear drops at 4 am to get relief, when I saw after 1 hour ear has some blood stains. Today morning we went to ent specialist, he told that ear drum might be ruptured, I am just exhausted, plz suggest any solution
