I am having a problem to breath properly from last 1year.. test has been done and doctor says I am having DNS. You need to operate this. Problem is I feel from inside nose any mucus discharge and outerside is dry.. Increased size of nose from inside.. blocking my breathing due to allergy from any thing as per doctor. I got tongue swollen and it goes and comes. Starting it feels like itchy or slightly pinch of burn and then if I feel it with my teeth, it feels like swollen. It happened yesterday and today after eating something. What is the reason?

I have TMJ disorder and jaw popping. I also have ringing and crackling sound in ear along with ear pressure and feeling of fullness in the ear. I would like to know, if the feeling of fullness in ear and crackling in ear is caused by TMJ only, then can an ENT doctor help me to alleviate the pressure and reduce the crackling sound, even if to provide temporary relief?
