Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hellow doctors my daughter is having grade 3 adiniods doctor preferred surgery for this is this surgery painfull can it will  cause any side effects please help me am very tensed

Is there any medicine for recovery of hole in ear drum. I am taking Bcomplex as advised by Ent . Any other medicine.

I recently had heartburn but also have cold. I am taking Esomeprazole every day for a week now. Now I feel sight discomfort while swallowing as if something is obstructing. I can swallow normally. I also feel sight fullness in left ear. And can hear click sounds when I eat. What could this be?

I am having pain in one side of ear while swallowing. . No cold or cough. Stomach is also feeling upset. I do take tegretol 200mg once at night as I am having trigeminal neuralgia

I have recently developed nodules in my vocal cords and due to that my voice has become hoarse and i also have slight pain in my throat, i have consulted a few doctors in my city and they all have said that surgery is the only option for this and it cannot be treated. I want to ask if there is any medication that i can take that can reduce these vocal cords or surgery is the only option. And can it become cancerous.

Around 11 months back i had bpvv (virtigo) attack. I do not get virtigo any more and no balancing problem. But i still get tinnatus sound. Is there any treatment for this tinnatus sound? Or i will have to live with it whole life?
