Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It's been 4 days that I had my nose surgery septoplasty. I had a dissolvable packings inside my nose. But now I think they are dissolved. I was sitting on chair speaking on phone for an hour and suddenly blood start dripping of my right nostril. I was wondering is it normal? Or do I need to contact my surgery.

Itching and burning sensation..inside left ear...from 2days... Ear always feel heavy...before also it occurs...but..it went away...but time...my left ear .feels very heavy and burning ...

Hi All, My ears used to pop by any movement in muscle of face and sharp ring 3 times  in 2 days shown it to ENT specialist and they told that there is wax in ear wax.It was cleaned on the same day in 2 hours.After that there is mild feeling of pain and still popping sound is there whenever I move any muscle of face and sharp ring two times after it.What should I do in such case.
