Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from tinnutus of left ear from last 1 year...I am of 22 years old female...is there any treatment available

Been ten years, no report suggests or reveals any horrible disease but I am not at ease. Constant sore throat Pain when I speak, let alone singing. Voice damage No scary blood or throat culture reports ever! But uneasiness and inability to speak well or sing like before Ruined voice

Today when my mom got up she had dizziness and noticed right sided hearing loss she vomited one time. When we consulted an ent he recommended audiometry and noticed that complete hearing loss in right ear...he told us nothing can be done and it is sudden nerve deafness some kinda viral attack...please tell guide me as how there can be no solution.
