Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, Please guide me on continuously sneezing problem, I feel itching in nose . I have taken antibiotic azithromicin , clamp prescribed by Doctor but I don't see any improvement. I have done my blood test also since I am having this problem from 1 month but blood report is also normal.

I suffered with carcinoma of head and neck,i have taken radiation 20 years back,now I am facing communication problem.while I speak air will come from nose.so listeners face problem.

From 2-3 days i was not hearing properly..is this because of wax?? Can cleaning of wax from ear is the solution of this?

My ear is blocked from two days. I used drops and it worsend it. The moment I pull my ear it unblocks but as soon as I release it, it gets blocked again.

Suffering From Eustachian Tube Dysfunction From about 2 month went diving 11 feet with open years it's been almost 2 months seen several Ent Doctors Tried Medication Nasal Sprays But none opened my ears it feels like pressure will explode my right ear am having 30-40% hearing loss like sounds like am in well doctors giving me grommet operation

Has runny nose with watery eyes for last one week. Some time etching in upper jaw and nose. Symptoms increase when in contact with dust, powder. Last time had allegra which did help to control the aymptoms.

If I have the septoplasty treatment for DNS, after some days, can the ENT specialist recognise that the person has undergo with septoplasty in nose for DNS.?
