Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since past few days m feeling something stuck in my throat. While I sleep I feel uncomfortable in breathing. But I don't have pain.

Soar throat for two days. combined with high temperature and slight feverish feel. dizziness and general weakness

My 63yr old mother has been diagnosed with vertigo. She's been given certain exercises and asked to take Stematil MD on SOS basis. She's however being unable to lead normal life with increasing bouts of vertigo. She is having one almost every week. Is there a way to cure or help her?
