I have got operated for DNS for breathing problem. It clears 90% except allergy. Biopsy from nose is send for test and microscopic findings shows extensive area of necrosis with aheets of lymphnode cells.impression written as chronic inflammatory lesion. Ear pain with complete blockage

My left ear is completely blocked and there is lot of pain . Have been using otorex ear drops ,it helped for first two days and now the drops arent even going inside the ear as it had been blocked. Not able to open mouth also properly cause of this pain.
