Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Both of my ears were infection, but I only felt pain in the right one (the right one was an infection inside the eustachian tube). So my doctor prescribed me doxycycline and plain mucinex to take for ten days. The right ear started to feel better about a day ago. I am about halfway through the medicine and now I am starting to feel severe pain in the left one. I am not sure what is happening. please help.

Having sore throat due to change in weather. Dry coughing after every 15-20 mins

My nose has been clogged for the past couple days. I have tried three different items such as spray, syrup and pills. Nothing worked at all. Now I have to breath through my mouth and it is dry. I usually cough a lot now since I have a weird feeling about it.

Nose Bone swelling issue occurred as heavy weight fell on it. Its already been 2 months and now pain can be felt.

I was exposed to cold. Now I see swelling in neck and bit on cheek. Perhaps it's lymph nodes. I have body weakness too. No fever or running nose or sweating.
