Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hey, I am an allergy rhinitis patient and prescribed Steroid Nasal spray for round the year use. I am getting repetitive throat infection post using nasonex(Corti steroids). It's something similar to Laryngitis. Like small spots, low grade fever. Can please suggest what to do in this case? Thanks

Hi Doctor, I have a ear infection from my childhood and recently i met a doctor,who checked my ct scan and reports he said that will do a surgery of sinus and tonsils which is effecting ear bone. So i am new to that hospital and doctor. I need a second opinion whether i can go for a surgery or not. PFA reports Please help me in this doctors

Brother aged about 53 yrs has sleeping difficulties due to mental tress for which he takes Lonazep 0.5 mg and Pexep 20 at bed time. BUT THE PROBLEM is that he has been detected suffering from OSA. I want to kindly know whether to go for surgery for the treatment of OSA or any psychiatric medicine is there for treatment of the said OSA. The OSA was last detected 10 yr back and still persisting which was affirmed by the study of his sleep very recently.

I have a problem of runny nose as soon as i wake up and sometimes continuous throughout the day. Consulted twice or thrice still no change. There was reduction of symptoms when i was on medication( levocitrizine).once i stopped it started again like usual. Is there a complete remedy for this or whom should i consult? Thank you

Sir, I had a small painless bumps at my throat since 2 months at the earliest stage while I take a CT scan and the report says ranula? infective? my ENT doctor said don't worry about that it will cure it's own,but there is no improvement then I consult another one ENT specialist he said it will be a tonsilitis and give some antibiotics Himalaya  septilin ,but I done a tonsilitis surgery at my childhood then now I got mild burning pain at morning I am getting fear about that please help me I getting more depression about some unnameble diseases

Sir, i have phlegm in throat Within month. And also have dry cough not continues that one single strock after half or one hour. But phlegn continuesly made in throat. Dry cough and phlegm also within month. What that reason and what i do sir.
