I have one or two small white dot on my right side tonsil there is no pain or fever or any other symptoms its was from last 1 to 2 month please can you tell me what it is and size of white dot is 1 to 2 mm only

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. No specific treatment is required if it is not associated with throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. You can try using antiseptic mouth gargle
