Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter feels really sick because of morning Sneezing and headaches.. She looks pulled down these days. Im concerned about her overall health. Pls guide.

In June., When I did a thyroid test, my TSH level was 4 and now when I did TSH test it's at 8 ..So does the thyroid levels so rapidly .Or there could be an.issue in test done ? What should I do..?

Persistent sore throat, hoarse voice, throat and phryngs granular, swallowing difficulty. When swallowing it is like something obstructing . Slow eating. Mild throat pain for sometime but less frequent.

I had fever induced body ache, nasal congestion since last 3 days. Popped a Crocin to get rid of the fever. However I have noticed that my mucus is yellow and has spots of blood so does the phlegm. Also my throat is also starting feel a little sore since today. Been using saline gargles and hot lemon and ginger tea to make it better. I have been trying to avoid the antiboitics. Had a consultation today, doctor prescribed a dosage of cefpodoxine tabs, delcon tab, neoloridin rabitab & a probiotic capsule velgut. I want a second opinion. Or should I go ahead a take the antibiotic course. I was hoping to let the cold run its course in order avoid the antibiotics however the blood spots with the mucus got me concerned. Kindly advise.
