Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am coughing for the last 2 days very badly and my throat is also paining very badly...

I have swelling over my right cheek and runny nose since 2 days ..and swelling

I have a cough from approximate 2 months..2 montgs back my voice was not coming.. it was very heavy.. then i took azithro antibiotic for 3 days.. and after 4-5 days my voice goy better.. but coughing is noy going.. 10 days before i had a fever.. i had cbc and ige test... esr was increased to 68 and ige to 131.. doctor said infection due to allergy.. i had pnemoslide for 3 days.. defcort 6 for 5 days.. 2 each day.. and montair lc for 10 days.. it is 7th day.. and i m having fever from last 2 days

I am feeling sore throat, cold and mild fever Can I take amoxicillin and paracetamol I am taking hot water and gargle with hot water mixing with salt.

I cough 6month back, still cough I taking sigcet m, ajithromycin, ceftrizone, cough syrup, I check sputum negative three time and I check cbnaat negative, what should I do sir

Met with MVA yesterday night and had sutures on forehead and hands with nose slightly bent and swollen, had pain but can Able to talk and move. Is this condition serious? What are the precautions to be taken? Shall use ice pack on nose?? What is the diet to be followed?

Actually diifculty in breathing but hemoglobin is within normal .one sided nose is blocked,inspiring with mouth only...no allery and no recurrent cold problem.
