Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I often experience an excess build-up of ear wax. Typically, I remove the excess wax using a bobby pin. Although I know that this practice is discouraged, it is usually effective. However, on this particular instance, I must have pushed the wax deeper into my ear. I sought out an ENT doctor who peered into my ear and said that it was clear. I am confident that my problems are caused by ear wax. Is it possible that he just overlooked it? if so, what should I do? I have already tried OTC remedies

My nose get blocked every evening so use otrivin daily. Is it ok? I feel uneasy when my nose block..

Around a month back, I had severe pain in my left ear. I showed it to an ENT specialist and got wax removed. Also I got some medicines prescribed to me for a month. Medicines were Protal SR 40 mg, Nukast 10 mg and a nasal spray Floresp. I was told that my ears were fine. Nose bone is tilted a little. And throat has sign of tonsils. Hence, I was given this medication. Now I have a history of migraine, however, the last one month when I was on this medication, I didn't get headache even once. But after medication is over, I have again started feeling heavy in my ears, little irritation in my nose and I have been getting headache for 3 days continuously now. I need to know what exactly is causing this and how can it be taken care of.

Myself Ravi kumar,M,30 yrs.I m suffering allergy due to cold from childhood. Symptoms-Running nose,sneezing,nasal blockage & swelling,irritation which is affecting my daily activities badly. The problem increases many folds in winter & decreases in summer.Pl suggest permanent cure.

HI, am having severe cough for the last two - three weeks. i have consulted my family doctor over phone and he suggested initially calam-625 and cefakind-625 for 10 days. during the days i had the course there was no cough but immediately after the course the cough is back again. can you please suggest me what could be the problem. it is mostly dry cough but sometimes there is fem.

Hello I am a 26 year old woman. Its been almost three weeks since my right ear feels blocked. There is no pain at all but it do leaks and pumps out sticky yellow mucus from my ears regularly. Ear most of the times leak clear fluid too

Ear surgery (Mastoiditis & removal of cholestetoma )was done on 26th october 2016 but still the pus is regularly coming out, dizziness, little pain in head and hearing is not clear.
