Hi, i am having gap in my left vocal cord. Good thing is that it's vibrating but there has been a gap. It's been a year now i have a hoarseness in my voice. Doctor recommend me to have "Neurozan" which helps in gettings veins strong. PS- i don't smoke. Are there any other treatment?

I was diagnosed with lower respiratory infection. That is fixed and then I had digestion issues. After eating food, gas used to build up in my chest. But no pain at all. Now I have issue in my throat/food pipe, I feel that gas is build up there or tightness. No pain at all but very uncomfortable. Lower throat is where I feel the tightness and gas build up sometimes behind the sternum. But I have no pain at all.

Corex dx cough syrup 3. Defta 6 4. Montair Fx After 7 days of medication still no improvement I can see. I have already stopped eating citrus food as per their guidance. Please help...
