Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My TSH value is 1.030...need medication??all the other hormone levels are normal..i am under treatment of insomnia and anxiety problem

Hi Doctor, Reports attached. History: Cervical lymphnopathy since 3 years. No fever,sweating, weight loss etc. Blood reports are normal. Investigation: Fnac was reactive,MRI & Usg done ( all normal expect some nodes) Been to oncologist,ENT& Surgeon and all said nodes are not clinically significant as it is palpable and no other related issues. Today been to ENT again and he did Done& Fol ( reports attached FYR) Ent told me reports are normal but he asked me to visit him after 3 month so I'm bit tensed. Kindly let me know is this reports are normal or not or do I need to worry about it and follow up is required or not? Please help me...God bless you all

Hii doctor, My X-RAY paranasal sinuses water's view says that 1.Deviation of nasal septum is noted with convexity towards left side. 2.Hazy opacification of left maxillary sinus, suggestive of left maxillary Sinusitis. And I'm having following symptoms - : 1. congestion and runny nose all the time(since childhood) 2 . fatigue and body pain 3.pain areas: in the face, back of the eyes, and In forehead. 4.facial tenderness 5.and headache, mouth breathing, sore throat are very common. With all above I went to an ENT specialist and he suggested for surgery. So now I wanted to know that 1.should I go for surgery or 2.it can be cured through medications

Sometimes acid reflux from stomach occurs after lunch specially. From past few days occurs more frequently and from past around 6 months catching throat infection with one month gap only. Got infected from throat atleast thrice in past three months. Does these have connection between them and what steps i need to take now in terms of treatment and diet, plus medicine or need doctor visit.

Hello doctor I am having pain in throat one one side while swallowing saliva since last 20 days on some days it happen and on some days it dosent . Have no problem while drinking , eating laughing or coughing. It started 20 days back with problem with speaking (pain while speaking ), ringing bells in ear (in morning mostly) and fullness in ear. Pain while speaking went off after 4-5 days but rest off the problem persists . I dont know what to do . Have no other symptoms like burning sensation in throat or chest , i walk 3-4kms (and have no shortness of breath) etc Kindly guide me

Is it normal that when we exhale air from mouth the whole air doesn't come out and I feel like I am not able to breathe properly,what could be the reason.. I don't drink or smoke I don't have any allergies also...

Intolerable ear pain. Pain since last 10 days and reducing on taking painkillers. Getting ok sometimes but increasing again after sometime

I have a problem of allergy wherein probably due to air or cold weather I start sneezing continuously throughout the day until I take a levocetrizine and sleep at night. I contacted an ENT doc and he gave me a montelukast and free air nasal spray,but these are temporary cure.I need to get rid of this permanently either through cure or avoidance.Kindly suggest.
