Caught cold.. sneezing alot help
I had coke and ice cream a day ago, caught cold last night .. now I'm sneezing alot.. couldn't sleep last night bcos of it.. please advice medicine and remedies to cure running nose..your prompt response is highly appreciated!

Take tab sinarest LP one tab twice a day, warm saline water gargling twice a day. Otrivin nasal drop/ spray for 3 days. Eat healthy food and plenty of water.
