Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have been suffering moderate to severe ear pain during and after my flight of 2 hours. I do have beginning symptoms of cold. But the ear pain started primarily during the flight. I also have to fly back in 24 hours. what mediation/ drops should I use, especially to ensure I do not feel that pain again in the return flight? Thank you!

I am having tinnitus since 3-4 mnths. I dont have any hearing loss, and also when i press my cheek or jaw area, a screeching sound comes up. I checkup with a general doctor and went for xray of PNS. The report for the same Im attaching in the image. Can this be a cause for tinnitus? When i push my lower jaw front and tighten it i can hear a strong screeching sound. I'm currently in a course of allegra 180 for 15 days. It seemed to help with the condition, i have muscle tension sound in ear(more like a hisaing type humm). Can the DNS be affecting tinnitus? I just want to get rid of the tinnitus asap!

My father is 68 year old. From last 15 days he is having sore throat, not able to speak properly, not able to eat and when he drinks anything he is getting cough continuously. Met ENT he has prescribed some medicines but it didnt work and we went to pulmonologist where he mentioned it's a heavy infection in throat and chest. He is doing better compare to last before week but doctor again suggested to meet ENT to do some throat related test to check the infection status. He is very weak and not able to speak with that sore throat. BTW, Blood Test and CT Scan reports were taken and it was showing white patches in the chest area. Doc said it's an infection so will take sometime to clear. I don't like to meet any other doctor unless the given course is completed. Is that okay to go ahead to do that Tests (I think endoscopy)? Or I need to meet any specific doctor to check?

I have been a light smoker for past 5 years-3-5 cigarettes a day. Recently i suffered from sore throat that occurred on the left side of the throat with year pain. I went to an ENT surgeon who prescribed a course of antibiotics and anti histamines along with anti acid medication . However on stopping the medication , i feel the ear pain and throat pain have returned. I am really tensed. I am also having difficulty swallowing my own saliva and food. What should i do. What chances are there that this is throat cancer? Plus i would like to mention that earlier too i had sore throats in past 6 months. The pain emanates from the base of the adams apple.

I have been diagnosed with septum deviation and sinus blocks.recurrent cold and throat infections since 2-3 months.i have started JAL neti (saline wash) ,warm compress,steam. All these are giving relief but doctors suggested sinus drain and correction surgery. I'm scared of surgery .will these remedies help to drain the mucus completely if I regularly practise them of is there a infection chance? I have two toddlers who need my complete presence and can't be absent for recovery time and other complications. will it be normal I. Two days or recovery might take longer time?

So doctor i have gone under these surgeries as mentioned - adenoidectomy ,septoplasty and turbinoplasty in NOVEMBER 2019. But the problem now is with me swallowing and eating my food, i am not able to eat and i think it's becuase i feel i am not able to breathe and eat at the same time. Also, i cough alot because i feel i have the urge to do so constantly and it gets aggravated once i start eating. The coughing part is due to some breathing issue as well.

I have swollen lymph node which has gotten bigger in past 2 year now. also am suffering from some skin infection which not going off despite of multiple consultation.

My husband is having trouble while swallowing anything also he got some pain in middle of the chest while swallowing, he smokes alot. What should we do? Is this problem because of smoking?

Sir , i am a smoker for past 4 months and i smoke 6 cigarette on average per day...yesterday morning when i was bathing I accidently touched my neck and i found a lump very small in size soft and movable but it's not visible i am just feeling it ...i am very scared idk what to do...please help

I am having red infected throat and fever bw 101-103 from past five days as well as i feeling weakness a lot. Although i am having medicines like calpol 650 for fever and antibiotics ceftum 500 , Relcool D,Precivit 4G. These medicines i have started from yesterday still I am not feeling any good relax in my throat and fever or weakness. Please suggest whom should I consult ? As of now I am in consultation with a general Physician.
