I have issue of tonsillitis when child
When my tonsil swell up I always have fever and running nose but from a week my nose is conjusted no fever no cough...I can feel two swollen patches around neck when I touch from outside and I am attaching pics...I am worried bcz when I search Google it show cancer...

Hi, Repeated episodes of swollen tonsills and associated fever suggest chronic tonsillits. However your present complaints and the attached picture do not show tonsillitis, but rather pharyngitis, which is infection in throat. Surely there is nothing worrisome for cancer like thing. As far as your nose congestion is concerned you can start taking steam inhalation twice daily and some over the counter anti cold tablets like sinarest etc. This should solve your problem. Its a case of chronic tonsillitis, which leads to enlargement of lymph nodes which you can feel from outside . Take the following medications and follow lifestyle modifications. 1. Tab pan-dsr 1 tab once a day empty stomach 2. Syrup Mucaine gel 2 tsf at night 3. Betadine gargles 1:6 ratio with water three times a day 4. Review after 1 week
