Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For My nose irritation, my doctor has prescribed Furamist AZ twice a day spray and Montair LC a tablet at night for 3 weeks. I have taken and it is showing good result. After the completion of 3 weeks, I am taking only Furamist AZ at night. Yesterday, I missed to spray. Today mild irritation symptoms has again popped up. Should I continue to take Furamist for another few weeks. Is it advisable to take it for couple of months for this allergy symptoms. The long term I mean 2-3 months usage can affect the nose, or it may become a habit.please revert on the usage part

Currently I am diagnosed with right side BPPV and also  eply treatment is going on . 1eply is still left. Some how other symptoms are lil bit solved but still I am felling swaying 24*7 . Is this PPPD(Persistent postural perceptual Dizziness). Can it be solved by the same otolaryngologist  or I have to show some other doctor. Plz help.

From the past 2 months, I have been feeling like the wax in my ears has increased drastically, maybe due to prolonged use of headphones. My daughter has been sneezing repetitively .the doctor whom I consulted has given the medicines a allegra.. deflazacort and ezispray..all medicines morning and evening dose. Have been taking the medicines for 2 days now but not much relief. I followed up with him but he asked me to wait for atleast 7 days before seeing the changes. Is it the right diagnosis. Dear sir, I have Little pain in right side of neck and shoulder In neck exactly pain in right thyroid side and back of neck Also pain in shoulder clavicle for long time 1 month I'm feeling pain. Also I have took MRI came bilateral 1 a and 2 swelling in lymp node. But I can't able feel lymph node not palpable. So ENT doctor said no need fnac. But problem is pain of neck and shoulder. Please explain what could be condition.

I have done the antibiotics course of 5 days in the start of Sep 2020 month for white sores I got on 1 of my tonsils. Gargling with betadine medicine is going on everyday. Still it didn't go totally.I consulted ENT doctor 10days before, he removed it by applying some medicine as that sore became so thick and suggested me to gargle every time after I eat my meal for next  whole week. However what I observed is even I miss to gargle once/twice a day in between, new white sore comes on the same tonsil next day. It does not pain but gives little prickly feeling in throat. I am facing this issue since a month now and no idea on what to do next.. please help.
