Can we apply pressure on the tip of the nose one week after septoplasty? What all precautions should be taken following septoplasty and what is the sequence and chronology of recovery and healing process ?

You may wear a mask but not too tight to compress the tip of your nose. Recovery is quite uneventful. Avoid trauma to nose and avoid crusting in the nose by frequent cleaning of the nose with Saline or any wash solution given to u by the doctor
