Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have been hearing popping sounds while opening mouth or swallowing and tinnitus for past 4 months. Since, i have etd, everytime i go in car i feel a vommiting sensation. Also i get a headache near my right eyebrows at times. And there is a mucus sensation at the back of my throat.

Is it normal to hear a ringing sound when i put on noise cancelling headphones or in complete silence?

It's difficult to swallow n irritating after Getting mouth ulcer ...first day it was on palate roof only n next got every where as wall of inside lips n below d tongue..wats happening

Ear pain left side light swelling water drops are coming outside what I have to do which medicine I have to take

I have white part in ear i use ear drop but pain in both ear is there also there is pain on teeth and face experience stretching feeling

My left Ear is blocked and there is a pain inside what to do with it... I have poured a very light warm coconut oil.

I can not hear from my right ear since birth. can this problem be fixed with out using  support of any machine.

Here is my neck swelling biopsy report. In internet, i have read that pilomatricoma can be cancerous in rare cases. Will i be sure this is not cancerous after biopsy report.

Pain in my ear. It seemed as if it was blocked but let me hear it. Even if you just say something, i dont know whats going on .. plzz suggest me what i do..

As per my local doctor i am diagnosed with allergic rhinitis(ige level 166 , limit is 0-114), I tried medications but nothing affected me but made situation worse.. how taking homeopathy helped me to relax a bit but still this problem increases anytime and causing me anxiety and sleep deprived ..please suggest how to proceed. I am attaching prescription and reports.
