How to take my dogs discharge sample? Can I take it through ear bud and keep it in a container and give it to the vet?

My dog is a street dog of 9 months. He easts or just ruin it even bedsheets or cotton or wires or clothes.. He didn't leave anything. What to do? And his face is so small that mouth cover can't wear .. What to do? Please help me.

My pug has been spayed 1yr ago. Few months back she started having discharge from her vulva. Her vet asked to have a ultrasound. There was no stump but struvite crystals were there in bladdar. Since then we have been giving her the diet that vet has prescribed. But last month she started having discharge again. Her vet started her antibiotic therapy. But now again she started having discharge. What it is? Do we have to start antibiotic again? Why it is happening again and again?
