Hello doctor. I have a 6 years old lab, 37kgs, suffering from epilepsy since the age of 3, he is on gardenal 30mg daily along with liv 52 and neurobion forte. His episodes are once a month. He also takes calciulm and join tablets daily. I give cbd oil during the episode. He is on homemade diet including fish, chicken, rice veggies, curd etc. His ALP is 242 and is only increasing every year, what should I do to prevent liver damage from gardenal? Also some doctors suggested Levetiracetam instead of gardenal. Should we switch to it, if yes then how.. will it not affect the liver?
