I have owned a pet rat,do I need to vaccinate him like for rabies or other vaccination as rats are also mammals and carry those diseases.?

My 14 weeks old puppy itches away.. we've tried everything.. went to the vet.. he prescribed amoxicillin.. then calm your ear drop.. lotion for dry skin.. he still whines and whimpers while itching.. He doesn't have any red marks or hives.. We're wondering if he's got chicken allergy.. in that case what do we feed him? All dry food has dehydrated chicken

Took rabies pep before 6 months and recently I was indirectly exposed to the stray dogs saliva in my salwar as i was accidentally wiped my eyes with the same salwar now after two days there was pain in the previously injected site (rabies pep) iam really confused ? Do I need booster dose?

3 month old puppy ( Maltipoo). My poor puppy is constantly itchy. We've been to the vet but the vet said it's his habit.. he's given him amoxicillin (0.2ml to be given twice day) as a precaution.. The poor baby whines and scratches himself constantly inspite of that..he's had it amoxicillin for 5 days already..
