6 month old cat did not eat or drink properly for 4 days She gone missing for one week (fit and healthy) and return after one week with look like didn't eat for 7 days stomach empty can't jump eat and drink always sir under the sun what can I do for her plz reply???

Attaching a picture of my puppy. The groomer cut into my puppy's skin., it's near his eye.. it was bleeding. Please do let me know what can I do... He's behaving normally after that. Eating/playing etc but we noticed it after the groomer left. Very worried.. he's just 7 months old ..what if his skin gets infected near his eye. Please refer to the picture attached.

Like one month ago i petted a stary dog for like 2secs on its head with my fingers only, very lightly. It seemed like a very normal and chill dog. But suddenly I am scared what if i catch rabbies. Hi my pup is around 3 months old and still in the process of getting his vaccinations he got his parvo vaccines and will start with rabies on the 16th My pup was playing outside for a while today with kids as they came to meet for Diwali I was looking after him the whole time , my neighbour has this habit of giving food to the road side dogs he had given them bread n milk and while Jimmy was playing outside with kids for one sec I was talking on phn and he suddenly picked a leftover piece of bread I am not sure if that was earlier eaten by the dogs or not i got that bread piece out of him mouth can my pup get rabies from that?
