Child Health Issues

My daughter of 26 months old, 14 kg weight suffering from fever from yesterday onwards, I had given meftal p 2.5 ml yesterday night and today night with regular intervals of crocin syrup of 3 ml ...on yesterday and today but fever relapses recurrently... please give me the suggestions regarding this problem

My 2 month baby has nasal congestion followed by coughing . Today is day 3 We visited the paediatrician he said the chest is clear and prescribed atrax 3 drops and nasoclear. The baby is alert and feeding well. The baby is coughing only when awake and after feed .  The cough is dry mostly. I am worried if it is something serious. He is sleeping well and breathing easy in sleep . Only when he wakes or is in active sleep he makes congestion sounds through nose and coughs .. Please advise if any other intervention is required ? Also how soon will the cough clear . ?

Hi, My son is 5 months old. Since last 2 months, we are facing issues pertaining to his feeding style. We have to make him sleep to feed, or else he will not take feed. Paediatricians suggested us to wait for him to get hungry then automatically he will take. But even after keeping him hungry for 6 hours, he didn't ask for feed by himself.  Due to this, last month he lost around 500 grams. Since then, we have been making efforts to make him sleep every 2-3 hours for feeding. Also, he will not sleep on his own. It is taking our too much time and efforts and we are ending up exhausted. Please suggest what to be done?

My daughter is 167 days (5 months 17 days old ) should I start weaning after 180 days? Can I start giving first day 1 spoon of boiled rice 1 time,2nd day 1 spoons 2 time of boiled rice and 3rd day 2 spoon 2 times ...in puree or semi liquid form (mashing rice with breast milk) And how should I gradually increase let me know the quantity of food i can keep increasing with example for better understanding And can I give water (warm water/normal water is recommended pls let me know) what is the quantity and how many times I can give when I start solids Is starting weaning in silver Bowl, spoon and glass ok? Please let me know Also help me how to know whether she is liking it or she is allergic to it? Also in our home they add salt to cook rice is it ok to give for baby or is it recommended to avoid no or less salt and sugar to baby She born on -4/8/23 Birth weight -3.1kg Current weight-7.1kg Height-68cm She is on exclusive breastfeeding

My baby is 8 & half months old. Now he won't eat anything  hardly he eats one or 2 table spoons. What should I do that he will eat properly. Can I give chapati to him.

Is t-minic drops safe for babies or atarax?? Please guide one of the doctor said atarax drops is safe alternative treatment for cold in infant , is there any side effects?

Hello all..my 1.5 month baby is suddenly started to spit up more even after burping for 2-3 times..is it normal?

Dr plzz help...my 16 month old had fall today around 5 pm...she hit back side of head.. she cried for few mins and was ok...and was playing normally..after that I gave her cerelac and she was fine..... now I was giving her dinner... she ate it finely...I was abt to finish it suddenly she had some choking and cough.... i think it was meat piece that made her to choke n cough....and she vomited all out.... all rice that I had given her she vomited that.... she is now fine playing well.... can it be due to that meat particle or realted to head fall...plzzz I am worried...
