Smell in potty

Sinarest AF for 2 month old
My 2 month baby is showing symptoms of cold and congestion due to which he is not breastfeeding properly. We have been recommended Sinarest AF drops 6 drops, 3 times a day for 5 days and Crocin Drops 12 drops, 3 times a day for 2 days.

Can I drink a cup of milk coffee (Nescafé regular) if I am breastfeeding mom. Sometimes I get strong urge to drink coffee. Although I avoid having every day. Is once or twice a month ok?

About bottle feeding
My daughter is 20days old. I breast feed her plus give her nan pro formula milk. Her weight is 2.6. kg at present which is her birth weight too. Is it delayed speech?
My son is 1.5 years and doesn’t talk yet other than 2-3 words which he is telling from last 4months. I talk to him a lot but still he says only 2-3words That too on random days and not daily n after I start telling 10-15times and he will say that word once. Please suggest me how to teach kids to talk early?

Low milk supply issues
Hi Doctor...I have delivered twins babies through IVF who are 4months old now...I had almost no milk supply and I have been taking domperidone(domstal) for a month now thrice a day.The volume has risen to approximately 15 to 20ml per day.Can I continue with the tablet?
If so how long should I continue?
