According to me Stop milk from morning 8am to 8pm and give semisolid Diet like dal daliya khichdi riceALU. kela upama halwa rab kadi patoliya idli poha satu etc.
For your knowledge 100mlml of milk gives 70 calories and 100 ml of juice give 55 calories while 100gm of semisolid Diet give 350calories
Give milk from 8pm to 8am
