Dry itchy skin patches on legs
My 21 month old boy had dry skin patches on his leg since December 2023. He sometimes scratches them. I have tried using Johnson cream, johnson powder, Candid powder, Vaseline and even Cetaphil baby lotion but nothing seems to help. Please advice. Attaching pics of the dry skin in his leg area.

Looks like a fungal infection,needs to be examined by a dermatologist.
