My 3month old daughter has not started teething yet. Is it something to be worried about? She is around 7.5kg weight. I am worried if she is under weight or not being nutritioned properly. Please suggest what I can do

Hi docs, my baby turns three months old today and I have realised from a few days her saliva secretion seems to be a lot. Sometimes she cries as she is unable to gulp and I put her on slight elevation and she becomes ok. Is this normal and how to soothe baby while sleeping so that saliva doesn't interrupt sleep

However since this could have chemicals is it safe to take the baby to another home for a day or two ? Or is it ok for her to stay in a room while this happens around the house ? If I have to take her outside for how many days should be safe to return?
