Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, hope you are doing fine. My is now 28 months old and from today morning he is little irritated. He went to school today. His school timing is 11:45am to 02:15 pm. Also, yesterday evening he had 2-3 bites of chocolates. So now, he vomitted and was complaining of stomach ache from today evening as he got up from the sleep. I am not sure is it sun stroke or any type of stomach infection. He is very irritated too. Also, I am not in Aundh and cant visit. What can I give him for this. Please help me as I can keep medicine ready in case of emergency

My daughter is 3.5 Years old , She is having cold and cough and throat pain for the last 3 days , We took her to the hospital and the dr took x-ray , That looks normal. She is very active and normal. Doesn't seems to be sick. But while sleeping her oxygen saturation is between 90-93. Her breathing rate and all normal. What could be the reason ?

My son is 13 months old, last weight is 9.2kg, he's active, sleeps good. But we can feel that his chest is congested.. no breathing difficulty, no runny nose. What can be given?! Thank you doctors.

Hello son 2 year old 27 months old he used to sleep 9-10 hours in night and 2-3 hours in day but since 2 weeks his night sleep is like same 9-10 hours but in day he only sleep 1-1:30 hours of sleep Wakes up fresh but why is it happening anything we can do or is it normal

Hi, my baby is 3 months 3 days old. He suddenly stopped smiling. He is active, throwing his arms and legs around and is cooing however he isn't smiling. He used to smile earlier however for past 2 days he isn't smiling at all. Is it normal?
