My 11 month old girl has a continuous fever of 101 since 5 days. Giving her paracetamol drops as soon as temperature rises after every 6-8 hours. Also started with antibiotics day before yesterday but still fever is reoccurring. What could be the cause? There are no other symptoms. Her doc said it's no focus fever but when will she be ok? What could be the reasons for such fever?

My daughter is 5 months old. Is it necessary to make her bath daily or can i give her towel bath on the alternative days? Also am using turmeric for her while bathing is it recommendable? kindly guide me with head bath, body wash and towel bath routine. How long should her sleep daily?

My son is 19 months old . He started pointing out many things like fan , light ,tv etc. When we ask him where is fan he correctly point it. But he started speaking only few words like mama , baba ,papa , dada . Also he does not speak words frequently , very less words he speak. In our family my language is Hindi and my husband's is odia. We try to communicate with him in Hindi but we both are working , we are able to spend only 2-3 hrs in morning and 2-3 hrs in night with him. Rest of the day he is with caretaker who speaks odia. Kindly guide me what we need to do so that it will help our son to speak easily more words easily. Whether two languages making it difficult for him to speak? Guide us what to do in such case.
