  4. 7months old with diarrhea. A syrup?

My 7months old baby is having watery stools 6-8 a day from last two days. There were know changes in food. Can you please suggest a syrup?

Maintain hydration . Give WHO ors after each loos stool 50-100 ml . Enterogermina respules 0.5 ml thrice daily for 3 days . Continue soft diet . U can give mashed banana.
