Hi My daughter is 5 month old. From last 1 month she is passing stool after every feed. Sometimes it is watery and sometimes semi solid. I got her urine and stool test done. In stool report reaction came as Acidic. She generally poops in the day time during every feed. Why is it so?

My daughter is 2 years and 4 months old. She is not pooping regularly. It's been 3 days till now. As suggested by the doctor, I am feeding her fiber food like, carrots, beetroot, oats, foxtail millets, chapati. She is complaining about the stomach ache but not pooping. Please suggest any remedy.
