Is this a disorder?
My younger brother has had decreasing performance in school over the
past six months. During this time, he has become more irritable and irresponsible, has changed his group of friends, and has had decreasing personal hygiene.
He was previously a high-achieving student, but his grades have slipped to the extent that he is failing several courses. Is this some kind of disorder that has been developed? How can i help him ?

Gender neutral parenting
What are your views on gender neutral parenting? We want to raise our daughter to be as strong and agile and smart as any boy. We let her pick the toys she wants to play with, and she picks toys according to her mood. Overall she's a happy healthy kid. My inlaws however keep telling her not to run around as she is a girl, and that she should be proper and ladylike. And she comes to me and asks me why she is told this. I have tried talking to my inlaws, but they dont think girls should be 'unladylike'. This makes me super mad. How do I handle this with my daughter? She's only 4.

ADHD or ADD
My son is very very loud and boisterous. He doesnt sit in one place, and has been sent home from school multiple times because he was disrupting the class. He's like an engine. He runs around, until he exhausts his energy, and then falls asleep. Doctor, is it possible he has ADHD or ADD? What is the difference between the two?

Left Varicocoel
Hello doctors.
I had conducted sçrotal sonogram and Doppler test. Reports are below.
Multiple dilated vascular channels in the root of left scrotum measuring 5mm in size with mild reflux on valsalva. Right side veins are 2.5mm in size.
Scrotal wall does not reveal any irregularity or evidence of calcification.
Epididymes appear normal.
Both testes are normal in size and position and show normal homogeneous echotexture bilaterally. No abnormal hyperechoic or hypoechoic mass lesion seen.
1) I want to know is operation necessary and how urgent it is?
2) In how many types operation can be done?
3) Should I need of another opinion of other doctor?
