Child Health Issues

My son is 4 years and talks less. When he is with his cousins he talks to them and plays well with them. But when alone he talks to me very less. When alone he is more into playing with his toys and mobile phone.. Should I be worried about his speech. ?? Please help.

She s 2 yr 3 month ...not able to walk and she s suffering from spastic cerebral palsy ...treatment of physiotherapy is under going and even Ayurvedic treatment was also given but still no proper improvement . so can some one suggest what can be done . Please suggest a good  Pediatrician also. Thanks in advance ...

When my child was 3 months old.. His had so long hairs on head, n long nails.. Now he is 1 year old, I can't get his hairs cut because he is too young.... He cries a lot. His hairs are so long now. Dear sir/madam; My daughter age 1.6 years is suffering from pachies and vomiting .she was suffering from cough and fever few days before and the daughter has give her medicine syp - augmintin, multivitamin syp, and paracitamol syp. after giving these medicine she had vomiting and pachies and now doctor has given ofloxaxin and ornidazole and omeprazole . but she had no any relief . the pachies she had white in colour and liquid way . and falling very ill and tired . please tell me what we do .
