Child Health Issues

Since this morning my kid is having 103 fever and are giving P250 but still now it is not getting controlled and gave only fluids and also we are trying to clean his body with wet cloth but still same temperature.. would anyone suggest any further quick home remedy I can take care or need to rush to hospital please advice .. thanks a lot in advance

My 1 year girl was born pre-mature and weighed 1.3 kgs at birth. She was diagnosed with multiple VSD. Her poor weight gain was attributed to this and she underwent a heart surgery at 6 months and it was sucessfully repaired. But even at 1 yr, she is 4.5 kgs only. While she has been teething, she still doesnt roll over or crawl or sit ( even with support ). Though she is otherwise active, responds well to all kind of stimuli, smiles a lot, babbles, uses her feet and hands extensively, has a normal diet, etc. Our pediatrician attributes it to her low weight and says that she will pick up once she gains weight. Though we have complete faith in him, we sometimes get worried if it is some other issue rather than low body weight . And whether the current low weight might also be due to some other reason and not due to VSD.

What happens if we change from one brand of formula milk to other brands without doctors prescription? Why we should not change?

My baby girl is 1.5 months old. Her birth weight was 3kgs. In few days she went down to 2.7kgs. now at 1.5 months she is just 4kgs. Wat is the ideal weight of a baby girl during 1.5 to 2 months. Is 4 kgs ok for now. Other than weight she is very active baby.

The boy is prone to illness. His weight is 16kg and age is 4yrs and 7 months. After every month or so he keeps on getting either sick or has Cough or Cold which ultimately leads to Fever.
