My 2.7 years old kid is suffering from frequent bowel movement immedialtely after eating.It is happening after every feed and only small amount of bowel movement

My newborn is z 28 days old..he z not sleeping soundly as he used to b before..since past 10 days he z crying a lot during feed also .he sleeps then suddenly starts moving like squeezing himself n then wakeup..it's been tiring for me as well I haven't slept for so many days n nights..he looks in pain..doc has given some nasal drop n collicade drops..what to do pls help...also advice about the child care in winters..can I use olive oil for massaging him...I think I'll go in depression soon..how can I help my child..also tell me how to know if breast milk is sufficient for him or not..when he cries I feel lyk he z hungry...my milk is comming but not much should I start top feeding him

Dear sir/madam My son having fever past 2days from Wednesday and today blood test taken and dengue antigens1 Widal test typhoid 1:80 dilution. With temp101to102 hospital treated with electrolytes &antibiotics platelet is 1.37 lakh. Currently in hospital near house which they treated I already mentioned with antibiotics&electrolyte drips. Today 3rd day can I go for other hospitals in the city like malaria or Ramachandra or hereitself kindly help to take decision
