My son has not spoke sentences. He speaks few one words. Observed few symptoms of autism. Doctor say it is mild autism. Could you please let me know a specialist to treat my son in Hyderabad. Please do this help.

How to differentiate between bacterial and viral infection without doing any blood test. My ped has advised for antibiotics to my baby after fever did not come for 3 days. I am being confused about using antibiotics and its side effects on my baby. Also can I stop antibiotics after giving 2 dose if I feel that it is viral infection only as baby has developed rashes on feet now.

Hi my son is 4months old. He has prolonged jaundice. After giving phenobarbitone syp unconjugated bilirubin level has come down from 5.8 to 2.7. Now Dr asked to do cmv virus blood test.
