My babt is1 month old he does not passes a stool for ten days n iam using neopeptine n neosmile drops..then also he does not poop so kindly say how to use the drops n how many dosages....to given or any another remedies

My 3 year old baby is crying keeping his hands on stomach and sitting in toilet position.this is for every 15 minutes or so then he comes calm after giving chloropam and taximo.. first time he cried a lot. 2nd time(after 2 days of 1st occurance) he didnt cry more comparing 1st one... in our area the climate is so hot due to summer.. we thought that might be the cause.. need to know about it before it turns out to be big..
