Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, . My daughter is 6months old. She weighed 2.735kg at birth. Now she weighs 6.250kg. Is it average? Im worried because she looks small. But She is hyperactive and achieved all milestones till now. And also she eats well and I feed her tummy full.

My son has dislocated his shoulder now he is not moving his left shoulder due to pain and he is crying whenever there's a movement I don't kno what to do I m out of station and don't know where to take my child.. Please help

Dear Doctor, My son was having fever and mild cough since sunday night. I had been to doctor and got medicine for all. Alerid, Calpol, Ascoril. He was feeling better yesterday(Wednesday). Today I sent him to School, after returning from school again he is having fever 100.6. He feels pain in stomach i guess. He keeps on telling my stomach is aching. He is 5.4 yrs old. When ever he gets fever he will be active all the time. But i could see the difference now. he is lying down on bed all the time. food intake has gradually increased for the past 5 days. Can you please advise.
