By baby does not passes a stool
My babt is1 month old he does not passes a stool for ten days n iam using neopeptine n neosmile drops..then also he does not poop so kindly say how to use the drops n how many dosages....to given or any another remedies

Need to be checked for thyroid. It commonly happens with hypothyroid cases.consult to your pediatrician

Normally a baby can pass motion 4-5times a day or once in 4 days it's normal.
Next Steps
Your baby is passing in 10 days.
1. if top Fed add same amount of sugar as we drinks
2Increase liquid intake of mother if mother Fed
3add B-complex drops:zincovit drops 10 drops 2 times a day
4check any injury or rash at anal region
