My 5 month daughter is feeding less from 2-3 days .we used to feed her 90 ml every 2 hours,but from 2-3 days she is not taking proper feed.she is active and playing normally otherwise.is this normal

My infant is 7 days old since from 3 days she is having very loose motions like she farts she poops and it's like water coming out from a tap .she is a breastfeeding baby .and I'm on pain killers .is it normal.her pediatrics told it's normal but I'm concerned about it? So please explain thank u
