My son - 3yr old, has a dermoid cyst on his forehead-eyebrow area. The bulge is painless and no infection so far. Do we need a surgery to remove it? Are there any other ways to get it removed? How long the procedure will take if we opt for surgery?

Hi I have a two months old baby boy. Since he was two weeks he stretches his body too much while sleeping and while he is awake. and he does weird sounds while sleeping at night times. When he stretches his body his face goes red. And he gets hiccups very often. And he farts too much. Please suggest me if this is normal or to be taken care. Thank you
