Dermoid Cyst in the forehead
My son - 3yr old, has a dermoid cyst on his forehead-eyebrow area. The bulge is painless and no infection so far. Do we need a surgery to remove it? Are there any other ways to get it removed? How long the procedure will take if we opt for surgery?

Hi. First of all it must be confirmed if it is indeed a dermoid cyst. Because the swelling could be due to other causes also. Once it is confirmed then it can be removed by minor surgery as there are no medicines for it. Pls see a nearby Pediatric Surgeon.
