Child Health Issues

Hi, My son is 1.3 years old and from past 4 to 5 days he is not eating anything. He only prefers milk and that too he consumes in small quantity. He used to eat sufficiently till now but he just spits everything he eats from past 5 days. Please advice. He is very active and keeps playing throughout the day with 3 to 4 hours of sleep during day but eating is the only problem.

My baby girl 1 year old diagnosed with multiple discrete lymph nodes are seen in bilateral inguinal region, largest one size 15 *7mm

My baby is 10 months old.Ascaris lumbricoides seen in her stool test report.please tell me what is this ? And what is the treatment of this worm.because my doctor has suggested that she is only 10 months old and we cannot give any medicine to her till she turn 1 year.please advise?

My son is 5 years old and he is doing vomiting 4-5 times.and here no dr is available.what to do?He is not eating also.

Today morning at about 2a.m my son was having temperature, I found this during his sleep.I gave 3 ml of paracetamol 250 at that time .After waking up, in the morning he was having watery stool for 3 times(during a period of 2.5 hours).

My baby boy aged, 1.5 years having cough and cold from last night, please prescribe medicine. He is having cold and cough since one night only.
