If any boy gets marry to his paternal aunt's daughter, then will there be any effect on there child? Will that baby will face any health issues?

We cannot tell exactly that diseases will come. Only chances are if both parents have some recessive genes like Thalassemia or other disease it can manifest in the child. So family history of any familial disease is important. Before marriage consult a geneticist who can counsell and do required tests. All the best.
