Child Health Issues

My child age 6 yrs has nose bleeding in summer seasons specially. It started from last year. It is not bleeding regularly but it bleeds often in this summer season after a gap of 2 or 4 days.

The last several months my seven year has started pulling out his hair. He says because "his hair hurts". I've pulled a couple for him that he tells me hurts and the hairs have this clump of either clear, white or black stuff on it at the root. Now I've had the same issue for as long as I can remember, but I've always been able to pinpoint the hair by touch and get the single hairs that hurt. My son on the other hand is pulling hairs and causing bald spots and sores as he is digging and pulling skin off as well. Could his be closer to Trichotillomania, or something else? And if so, should I be taking him to see his doctor?

I have never given tetrapack milk to my 18 month old. She always drinks cow's milk. Now we're planning to go out on a tour. So can I give tetrapack milk to her? Are they light enough so she can digest it?

From last night my 2 year daughter is getting fever again and again in every 4 hours, also she had vomiting in night 2 times. But today did not do vomiting any time. Today whole day , she feels very tiredness and some irritation. She also got Dry mouth or cracked lips. I gave her dolo 120 mg 3 times today in every 5 hours. Please suggest me what sud i do next. My baby is almost 5 months old and he always wants to stand. He doesn't like to lie down on his back. He always rolls to his back and sleeps in that position only. And when he is awake, he wants to stand all the time and moves his legs forward as if he will walk. Is it normal if he does this at this early age? I have heard from our elders that it will harm his legs. Please confirm.

Hi Doctor, My son is 11 months old. From last sunday afternoon he had Viral fever and lasts till Thursday. From Thursday morning he developed rashes on the face and today it appeared all over the body. Its like Measles,but he have no cough,cold and runny nose. We have vaccinated with MMR on 2nd Feb.(Also he had an episode of Viral induced thrombocytopenia on last August). We made the blood and urine test on last tuesday. Results are normal. Is it possible to develop measles even after vaccinated? Also any other complications? Please help me doctor..... Thanks in advance
