2 yr daughter seems have stomach fever
From last night my 2 year daughter is getting fever again and again in every 4 hours, also she had vomiting in night 2 times. But today did not do vomiting any time.
Today whole day , she feels very tiredness and some irritation. She also got Dry mouth or cracked lips.
I gave her dolo 120 mg 3 times today in every 5 hours.
Please suggest me what sud i do next.

Keep her well hydrated and give simple foods. Avoid foods with masala, fried stuff or citrus fruits. Give fever medicine as and when required. If symptoms persist, consult your pediatrician
