My one year old iugr baby hasn't popped in 3 days and had hard stools with white particles as shown in the attached picture. Should I be worried about the white particles?

Egg) also how should i offer as my daughter didn't get her teeth yet also how many meals and how much quantity each meal should be offered? My 3 year old son has been diagnosed with celiac disease.. He had been suffering from constipation since beginning.. Few days ago hos stomach became hard.. He had severe stomach pain.. He stopped eating anything.. We got him hospitalized.. He had an anemia.. After that he started eating .. His stomach become hard again... He has constipation.. It's been a week..
