Child Health Issues

My baby boy is 6 months and 7 days old ...His weight is 7.2 kg now and height 63.5 cm and HC -41 cm ...Birth weight is 2.3 kg ,height -42 cm and HC-33 cm... breastfeeding till 5 months 3 weeks ...after that I started liquid purees and porridge one time ,now I am trying to give complementary food ...feeling breastmilk is low...my queries is his growth is good ? ...and now increasing breastmilk is challenging for me because we side by side introducing complementary food .. now we are giving 3 times a day 4 tablespoons amount ..and breastfeeding rest of the time ...now I am giving one time formula 60 ml at night ..is it necessary ?

Is an iron supplement mandatory for a baby? My baby's birth weight was - 3.02 kg . Right now She is 10 months old and her weight is approx - 8.7 kg . So Do I need to start iron for her or is it ok not to give? She has been on vitamin D since birth

My daughter, 1 year 2 months,licked odomos accidentally. I rinsed her mouth thoroughly and made her drink water. She also had milk after that.  As soon as she licked a pinch of it, I grabbed it from her. Is it harmful for her? What should be done?

Till what age speech and communication develops My kid is 3.3 yrs old she speaks tons of words and sentence using key words though she is not able to completely connect like 3 words key words and conveying the needs and all When will they start conversing and framing the sentences properly

My baby is 6 months old and he is having a UTI.. medication is going on and the doctor suggested to give uritop.. he is not taking feeding and not eating any solid food also.. he is sleeping continuously.

My 5 month old has got 4-5 red bumps today on his tongue. He is on exclusive breastfeed. But he eats his hands and finger a lot. Can this be due to mouthing or teething or should we be concerned for this. Sharing image also we clean his tongue everyday so that white thing shown in image is just after feed.

I visited a pediatrician 3 days back ,he gave a syrup for better digestion, but still ge was having vomiting sensation so I gave him vomikind syrup ,but still he is feeling vomiting whenever I give him semi solid paste lyk food..

He does like vomiting whenever I put solids into his mouth from past 4 days,he is only drinking milk..is he having problem in the throat or stomach, pls suggest medicine ...he is 10 month baby, not eating solid food,
