Child Health Issues

We require opinion on baby's heatlth. What should be given so that he could have respite. Plz guide us.

My baby girl has loose motion problem since morning yesterday approx 3-4 times in a day pls suggest.

Our baby was born with severe birth asphyxia(HIE-2). Baby kept in NICU for 6 days(2 days on mechanical ventilator). On the 3rd day baby had one episode of convulsion(twice). Now baby is 4.5 months old, not making eye contact with people. He smiles looking at corners. Neck holding is 70%. Cooing is fine. Paed says he is getting better. Still worried

My child is 2.7 years old she gradually stopped speaking from last 3- 4months.Earlier she has a vocabulary of 15 words. She does not have any neuro problem
